Frequently Asked Questions

Using TrackForms

Is TrackForms just a form builder?

No. The form is only the beginning. Each request can be tracked and managed through completion.

Does a requester need an account?

No. Requesters can submit and track requests through a private link.

Can I manage a request after submission?

Yes. Review it, update its status, communicate, attach files, and track it through completion.

Does TrackForms support Arabic and English?

TrackForms is designed to support Arabic and English, with the appropriate display and reading direction for each language.

Can requesters upload files?

Yes. Forms can include file-upload fields with type and size controls.

Does TrackForms provide reports and analytics?

Yes. Reports and indicators help you understand requests, responses, and results.

Subscriptions and billing

How do plans and billing work?

Personal and institutional plans are available in free and paid tiers, with usage limits and features varying by plan. The Pricing page (/pricing) shows the current commercial comparison, billing cycle, and any local price Paddle makes available.

Who processes payment and issues the invoice?

Paid TrackForms purchases and subscriptions are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record and the seller to the customer in the purchase transaction. Paddle issues the official invoice, and PADDLE.NET with a short transaction description may appear on a bank or card statement.

How does automatic renewal work, and how can I stop it?

A paid subscription renews automatically at the end of the displayed billing cycle unless you stop renewal. You can manage renewal from the current-subscription page. After renewal is stopped, paid access continues until the end of the current period, then the account moves to the applicable free plan. Stopping renewal does not automatically refund a payment, and you can resubscribe when that option is available in your account.

How do I request a payment refund?

Submit the request within 14 calendar days of the specific transaction using the email shown in the Refund Policy (/refund). Applying within that period makes the request eligible for review only and does not guarantee approval. After TrackForms approves it internally, the approved refund is submitted to Paddle within 5 business days; Paddle approval and the time for funds to appear with the payment provider may take longer.

Data and support

How do I request deletion of my data?

A Form Owner can start account deletion from Settings after confirming their email with a code valid for 10 minutes, followed by a 3-day cancellation period. Requester-data deletion and other requests are submitted under the Data Deletion Request instructions (/data-deletion) and are usually processed within 30 days after all required information is received and verified.

What support response times should I expect?

Timing starts after a ticket is created in the support centre. Initial human-response targets are 6 business hours for critical cases, 24 business hours for high-priority cases, 3 business days for normal cases, and 7 business days for low-priority cases. These are initial human-response targets, not resolution-time guarantees. See the Support Service Level Agreement (/support-sla).
